Dissolved Oxygen (DO) Analyzers
Dissolved oxygen analyzers measure how much oxygen is held in a liquid, which is a controlling variable in aeration basins, fermentation, boiler feedwater treatment and beverage production. Too little starves the process, too much drives corrosion or spoils the product. Optical luminescence sensors have largely replaced electrochemical cells because they drift less and need no electrolyte or membrane changes.
