Solenoid Valves
Solenoid valves open and close electrically: a current through a coil moves a plunger that lifts the seal off its seat, so the valve can be switched by a controller without any operator or air supply. Direct-acting and pilot-operated versions, in two-way, three-way and four-way configurations, are used for dosing, batching, cooling and pneumatic control in almost every process industry.
