Turbine Pumps
Turbine pumps use one or more impellers running inside close-fitting diffusers to build head in stages, which lets them deliver high pressure at relatively low flow. Vertical turbine and regenerative turbine designs are used to lift water from deep wells and sumps, to boost pressure in irrigation and firefighting systems, and to handle clean, low-viscosity liquids in chemical and utility service.
