Static Mixers
Static mixers blend two or more streams using fixed elements inside a pipe, with no moving parts and no drive. The flow itself does the work: the elements repeatedly divide, rotate and recombine it until the streams are homogeneous. Because they need no maintenance and take up only a length of pipe, they are used for inline dosing, pH correction, dilution and heat transfer in continuous processes.
