The new pressure regulator of stainless steel 1.4301 represents a completely new design from Eisele. It is used as a pressure reducer to regulate the line pressure to the constant desired operating pressure. The screw-in fitting from the Eisele Inoxline has a control pressure range from 2 to 8 bar and is designed for very fine adjustment with low fluctuation. In addition, the flow-optimised pressure regulator reduces vibrations in the control systems.
Modular kit system for multiple connectors
Eisele is introducing an additional M12 power plug for the Multiline e modular kit system. The modular system for combining compressed air, vacuum, gases, coolants, liquids, electrical and electronic signals in one connector body now includes a new L-coded insert for voltages up to 63 V. The connector delivers up to 16 A per pin and is shock-resistant and vibration-proof, as well as reverse polarity protected and non-twisting.
With the Multiline e Eisele is setting standards for tool and format changes in industrial machines and robots. The perfectly compatible modular design allows flexible integration of different tube diameters, connection types and media in one multiple connector.
Reliable cooling with optimal flow rate
The Liquidline Series 2500 of dezincification resistant brass has likewise been expanded. Eisele has now added a fitting with an outer diameter of 28 mm to the line of screw-in-fittings with full nominal diameter. It is initially available in three versions. Compatible flame-retardant ProWeld tubes of polyether-polyurethane with an inner diameter of 19 mm are also available for welding applications. The largest fitting yet in the 2500 series makes it possible to use the advantages of Eisele screw-in-fittings also for larger coolant supply lines in automation systems.
Visit Eisele from 1 to 5 April 2019 at Hannover Messe in Hall 23, Booth B19/4 (joint exhibit with VDMA).
