United States

American Petroleum Institute (API)

The American Petroleum Institute (API) is the only national trade association representing all facets of the oil and natural gas industry, which supports 10.3 million U.S. jobs and nearly 8 percent of the U.S. economy. API’s more than 625 members include large integrated companies, as well as exploration and production, refining, marketing, pipeline, and marine businesses, and service and supply firms. They provide most of the nation’s energy and are backed by a growing grassroots movement of more than 40 million Americans.


American Water Works Association (AWWA)

The American Water Works Association is an international, nonprofit, scientific and educational society dedicated to providing total water solutions assuring the effective management of water. Founded in 1881, the Association is the largest organization of water supply professionals in the world.


Control System Integrators Association (CSIA)

Founded in 1994, the Control System Integrators Association (CSIA) is a not-for-profit, global trade association that seeks to advance the industry of control system integration. Control system integrators use their engineering, technical and business skills to help manufacturers and others automate their industrial equipment and systems. CSIA helps members improve their business skills, provides a forum to share industry expertise, and promotes the benefits of hiring a certified control system integrator. CSIA has over 500 member companies in 27 countries.


Fluid Controls Institute (FCI)

Welcome to the Fluid Controls Institute. FCI has a venerable tradition of more than 80 years of service to the fluid control and conditioning industry. Focused on technical issues, the institute provides standards and educational materials to assist purchasers and users in understanding and using fluid control and conditioning equipment.


Fluid Sealing Association (FSA)

Founded in 1933, the FLUID SEALING ASSOCIATION® (FSA) is an international trade association. Member companies are involved in the production and marketing of a wide range of fluid sealing devices primarily targeted to the industrial market.


International Liquid Terminals Association (ILTA)

Founded in 1974, the International Liquid Terminals Association (ILTA) is an advocate and key resource for the liquid terminal industry. With headquarters in the Washington, DC, area, ILTA has the ability to maintain a close eye on Congress and the federal agencies and to develop working relationships with other organizations that interact with the tank storage industry.


Marine Machinery Association

The Marine Machinery Association is the trade association that serves the interests of the American companies that supply products, systems and services to the world’s shipyards.


Measurement, Control & Automation Association (MCAA)

The Measurement, Control & Automation Association is the national trade association representing leading manufacturers and distributors of instrumentation, systems and software used in industrial process control and factory automation around the world. Our member companies include the leading multi-national companies together with a range of more niche-oriented providers.


National Fluid Powder Association (NFPA)

NFPA strengthens the fluid power industry by building an educated workforce, promoting technology and serving as a forum where channel partners work together.


The Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA)

The Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) is an international, not-for-profit association of the world’s manufacturers of fans, louvers, dampers, air curtains, air flow measurement devices, ducts, acoustic attenuators and other air system components.


The Fluid Handling Representatives Association

Founded in 1975, The Fluid Handling Representatives Association is an organization of thirty independently owned heat and fluid transfer manufacturer’s representatives covering all fifty of The United States of America.


Valve Manufacturers Association of America (VMA)

The Valve Manufacturers Association of America is a trade association that represents the interests of nearly 100 North American manufacturers of valves, actuators and controls. Collectively, members account for approximately 80% of the total industrial valve shipments out of U.S. and Canadian facilities.


United Kingdom

British Fluid Power Association (BFPA)

Representing and supporting businesses in the hydraulic, pneumatic and motion control industries in the UK. With some 250 Distributors and Manufacturers in membership the BFPA is the only full service UK Trade Association for all companies involved or associated with the Fluid Power Industry.


British Pump Manufacturers’ Association (BPMA)

Established in 1941, and incorporated as a company limited by guarantee in 2009 the British Pump manufacturers’ Association Limited (BPMA) is a not for profit trade association representing the interests of UK and Irish suppliers of liquid pumps and pumping equipment.


British Valve & Actuator Association

Established in 1939, the British Valve and Actuator Association represents the interests of over 200 British companies which are responsible for over £1billion sales each year. BVAA member companies employ more than 9,000 personnel directly in manufacturing and an equal number in support industries.




Europump, the European Association of Pump Manufacturers, was established in 1960. It represents 17 National Associations in 14 EU Member States, Turkey, Russia & Switzerland. Europump members represent more than 450 companies with a collective production worth more than €10 billion and employing 100,000 people in Europe. The ever improving performance of liquid pumps increases the productivity of end user sectors and contributes to competitiveness and growth.


Fluidex Spanish Association of Fluid Handling Equipment Exporters

FLUIDEX, the Spanish Association of Fluid Handling Equipment Exporters, is a private, non-profit organization whose main objectives are the international promotion of Spanish manufacturers in this industrial sector and the protection of their general interests.


The European Sealing Association (ESA)

The European Sealing Association (ESA) is an international association of Companies which supply fluid sealing devices. Sealing technology plays a fundamental role in every power plant, oil refinery, chemical and petrochemical plant, water and waste water facility ….. and virtually every industrial process worldwide!


VDMA Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau e.V.

VDMA (Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Mechanical Engineering Industry Association) represents more than 3,200 mostly medium-sized companies in the capital goods industry, making it the largest industry association in Europe.



Pump Industry Australia Incorporated

The Australian pump industry is significant with interests in all markets whether population or commodity driven. The annual market for pumping equipment is estimated to exceed A$1,000 million annually. There are more than 2500 people employed directly by pump manufacturers and as many again by Agents, Distributors and other businesses supplying product and services to the pump market.


The Hydraulic Institute

The Hydraulic Institute (HI) is the global authority on pumps and pumping systems.HI is a pump association of positive displacement and rotodynamic, centrifugal pump manufacturers and suppliers whose mission is to be a value-adding resource to member companies, engineering consulting firms, and pump users worldwide.


The International Society of Automation (ISA)

Founded in 1945, the International Society of Automation is a leading, global, nonprofit organization with more than 40,000 members worldwide. ISA develops standards, certifies industry professionals, provides education and training, publishes books and technical articles, and hosts conferences and exhibitions for automation professionals. ISA’s 160 geographical sections, connect members with technology, expert advice, and world-class technical programming.


The Water Environment Federation (WEF)

The Water Environment Federation is a not-for-profit technical and educational organization of 33,000 individual members and 75 affiliated Member Associations representing water quality professionals around the world.
