A low cost, reliable way to cool and purge electronic control panels. EXAIR Cabinet Coolers incorporate a vortex tube to produce cold air from compressed air – with no moving parts. The compact Cabinet Cooler can be installed in minutes through a standard electrical knockout. NEMA 12, 4, and 4X Cabinet Coolers that match the NEMA rating of the enclosure are available in many cooling capacities for large and small control panels.

The vortex tubes incorporated in the EXAIR Cabinet Coolers are constructed of stainless steel. The wear, corrosion and oxidation resistance of stainless steel assures long life and maintenance free operation.

Cabinet Coolers are available for NEMA 12, 4 and 4X enclosures in 275 Btu/hr through 5,600 Btu/hr sizes. These UL Listed and CE compliant coolers are available in continuous operation, thermostat control and high temperature models.

Hazardous Location Cabinet Coolers are available for use with classified enclosure purge and pressurization systems in Class I, II and III locations in 1,000 thru 5,600 Btu/hr sizes. These UL Classified and CE compliant coolers maintain the NEMA 4/4X integrity of your enclosure and are available in continuous operation and thermostat control models.

New ATEX Cabinet Coolers meet the stringent ATEX requirements for use with classified enclosure purge and pressurization systems in Zone 2 and 22 explosive environments in 1,000 thru 5,600 Btu/hr sizes. These CE compliant coolers maintain the NEMA 4/4X integrity of your enclosure and are available in continuous operation and thermostat control models.
