Hydro-Thermal is a US manufacturer of direct steam injection (DSI) heating and cooking systems for industrial and sanitary fluid processing, based in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Direct steam injection heaters
The product range includes the Hydroheater and Jetcooker, the EZ Heater, the NOH non-obstructing heater, the Solaris Hydroheater and the Hydron sanitary Hydroheater. DSI heaters mix steam directly into the process liquid or slurry to heat it, as an alternative to indirect heat exchangers.
Skid systems
Hydro-Thermal also supplies pre-engineered and custom skids, including the K-Series Hydroheater standard skid, the Infuze sanitary cooking skid, the Silverline smart cooking system, ATTEC custom skid systems and the EZ Skid system.
