ARO Fluid, Management, a leading manufacturer of fluid handling products has launched a new application, Service Point, allowing customers a new level of connectivity and support. Earlier this year ARO launched the revolutionary EVO Series Electric Diaphragm Pump this pump combines the best features of many positive displacement pump technologies into one breakthrough electric diaphragm pump. The product has made a significant impact on the market and pump technology.
The release of the Service Point app is initially paired with the new EVO Series pump providing access through a QR code adhered to the product. Once in the application the end user can find pump model and manufacture information but even more the application becomes an inclusive Service Point for product information. The home screen is host to product documents and spare parts identification. Also, providing the customer with direct access to the manufacture via contact forms including a request for quote form and immediate website access. ARO plans to expand the app features and QR code accessibility to additional products lines in the future.
