Conductivity Meter Now with 5 Years Warranty

11 May 2020  |
The Anderson-Negele ILM series of sensors has developed to such an extent in the food industry that this name is often considered synonymous with efficiency and reliability in CIP phase separation. As a special promotion, Anderson-Negele is offering for a limited time an extended 5 year warranty at no extra charge.

The current generation ILM-4 is based on the experience of a series of predecessor models and has already proven its practicality and durability in thousands of applications even under the harshest operating conditions. Most recently, in an upgrade the digital communication interface IO-Link was integrated in a special Flex hybrid technology.

With the ILM series, many of our customers have been able to significantly optimize their processes, save costs and at the same time better secure the quality of their products. The key to this is on the one hand the extremely short response time, which enables phase changes to be carried out with a precision of one second. Another factor is the verifiable cleaning quality thanks to fully automatic process monitoring and high accuracy in measuring accuracy the acid and caustic concentration. We would now like to share this positive experience with new interested parties and make it easier for them to decide in favour of an automatic inline analysis of their processes by extending the warranty to 5 years

Stefan Hauck, Director of Sales

Due to its compact and extremely robust all-stainless steel design, the inductive conductivity meter is ideally suited for the toughest production environments. With its Flex-Hybrid technology with IO-Link and 4…20 mA, it enables active, automated phase separation of media with different conductivity in all installation situations. It is used in production applications as well as in CIP/SIP cleaning with acid / lye / water return. Due to the extremely short response time of only 1 second, the media can be drained or returned to the stacking tanks with the highest possible degree of purity and with the lowest possible losses. By avoiding the discharge of valuable products or cleaning agents into the waste water, costs can be saved to a high degree. The multiple use of cleaning media at the same time ensures maximum cost efficiency and protection of the environment.

The ILM-4 is also ideally suited for the supervision of cleaning agents. For an optimal and reproducible cleaning result, each cleaning agent must be concentrated to the specified value by re-dosing with concentrate or fresh water. This is ensured by the superior measurement accuracy of the ILM-4.

The warranty on each ILM-4 is extended to 5 years at no extra charge. The current general terms and conditions published on the homepage apply. The binding order must be received directly by Anderson-Negele or one of its authorized sales partners by 30.04.2021 at the latest.
