Electronic Transmission of Measured Value for Pressure Gauge with NS63

29 Jul 2021  |

The varied product range of measuring device manufacturer Labom Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH offers the right solution for every challenge – with a wide variety of mechanical and electronic devices for measuring pressure and temperature, as well as a large number of process connections and alternative designs that can be combined as required.

The latest combination option is the mechanical pressure gauge, type series BA44, which can now be used together with the electronical angle-of-rotation sensor, type series PL11. The BA44 with Bourdon tube is a pressure gauge for gaseous, liquid or aggressive media. The case with bayonet ring in nominal size 63 is small and therefore well suited for particularly compact installations or narrow spaces. The case and measuring element are made of stainless steel. Safety features of the case include a blow-out back and solid baffle wall per EN 837-1 S3.

Combining the pressure gauge with a PL11 angle-of-rotation sensor enables remote electronic transmission of the measured values via a 4…20 mA output signal with 2-wire technology. The angle-of-rotation sensor can in principle be installed in all our mechanical pressure and temperature gauges. The PL11 has a non-contact and wear-free electronic scanning system with fully encapsulated electronics.
