The New High Flow Wastewater Pumps

Pumps
20 Jun 2024  |
The new DN400 submersible pumps with flow rate above 1.000 l/s, ideal for wastewater transport and treatment. Thanks to the advanced fluid dynamic design, the optimized hydraulic profiles allow to reach an efficiency above 80%, this guarantee a high energy saving.

The KCD400 electric pumps are coupled with 6/8 poles motors with power rate up to 260kW and they are available also with cooling shroud for dry chamber applications. The excellent quality of the materials and the different available configurations ensure total reliability also in heavy-duty applications.

K+ With AISI 316 Stainless Steel Impeller

The K+ range of submersible pumps is now available with AISI 316 stainless steel impellers.
This new configuration guarantees total operational reliability in heavy-duty applications with aggressive liquids. Once again we offer, thanks to continuous research and the quality of materials:

  • Flexibility of use: new AISI 316 stainless steel impellers
  • Benchmark performance: efficiency above 80%
  • Flexibility of installation: patented DRYWET SYSTEM
  • Maximum operational safety: anti-clogging non-stop system

K+ ENERGY RANGE EXTENSION

The K+ ENERGY range is now more extensive thanks to new electric pump models with power up to 82kW, equipped with IE3 level of efficiency motors which ensure excellent efficiency and high energy saving.

The new K+ Energy electric pumps have the patented cooling DRYWET SYSTEM which allow to use only one pump model for submersible and dry chamber applications.
Reliability in heavy duty applications is guaranteed by the exclusive anti-clogging system Caprari non stop.

New advanced solutions and many different configurations for an increasingly complete and competitive range for wastewater pumps.
