Bronkhorst digital flow meters and controllers offer a range of parameters for extended measurement, control and diagnostics functionality. The internal microcontroller primarily supports the flow measurement and control purpose of the device including digital or analog communication. Additional parameters are implemented for the purpose of diagnostics. Currently, extensive diagnostic information is provided by Bronkhorst instrument parameters, e.g. by monitoring fluid temperature, valve voltage, the relation between setpoint and measured value, and the ability to measure the fluid density when using Coriolis mass flow meters or controllers. The parameter list is extended regularly with new insights and requests from customers. All instrument parameters are continuously available with any digital interface. The implementation of digital interfaces by Bronkhorst is built up according standard profiles for ultimate compatibility and convenience.
Recently, Bronkhorst launched a new app called FlowSuite to monitor and service their digital flow meters. The software is versatile with many useful features, such as a display with multiple graphs, easy device configuration and real-time logging of measured instrument parameters in a CSV file. The modern user interface is adaptive and available in English, French, German, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. FlowSuite is available from the Microsoft store and is therefore easy to install and update.
