Describe the problem. We find the specialist.

Twenty-five named specialists in pumps, valves, flow, level and temperature measurement, mixing, filtration and piping. Tell us what you are running into and we route your question to the person whose technology zone it belongs to.

Free, no obligation, and no sales call attached. Every answer carries the expert’s name and employer, so you can weigh it for yourself.

Your question

What are you running into?

Medium, flow rate, pressure, temperature, and what is actually going wrong. The more concrete, the more useful the answer.

A named answer from someone who builds the equipment

Not a sales enquiry and not a chatbot. Your question goes to a specialist at a manufacturer, and the reply comes back with their name and employer attached.

  • We route every question to a named specialist in the right technology zone
  • Published answers stay online, so the next person finds them too
  • Tell us in advance what should stay out and it stays out
  • No account, no obligation, no follow-up call

Not every zone has an expert on call at all times. If yours is one of them, we will tell you rather than route your question to someone who cannot answer it.

What happens next

Three steps, and an answer in your inbox

We read it

An editor reads your question and decides which technology zone it belongs to. You do not have to know: picking the zone is our job, not yours.

A specialist answers

The question goes to an expert who works on that equipment every day. No sales team in between, and nothing is passed on as a lead.

You get the reply

The answer comes back to you by email. When we publish it, it joins the question archive under the expert’s own name, without anything that identifies you.

FAQ

Good to know

What does it cost?

Nothing, and it puts you under no obligation. Our experts work at manufacturers, and they answer because being useful in public is worth more to them than a cold call.

Will my question be published?

That is the intention, and a published answer helps the next person with the same problem. We publish the question, not your name, and we leave out any detail that identifies you or your employer. Tell us in advance if something should stay out entirely.

Who answers my question?

A specialist working at a manufacturer in the relevant technology zone. Every answer is published under that person’s own name and employer, so you can see who you are reading and weigh the advice yourself.

Is the advice independent?

The expert’s employer is always named next to the answer, so you can weigh it accordingly. We do not edit their technical conclusions, and we do not publish everything we receive.

What if I do not know which zone to pick?

You do not have to pick one. Our editors read every submission and route it to the technology zone it belongs to.

How long does it take?

There is no fixed turnaround. Your question goes to an expert once our editors have matched it to the right technology zone. Some are answered within days, others take longer, and if no expert is available for your zone we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.

Are you the person who gets asked these questions?

If your engineers answer this kind of question every week anyway, put their name on it. Experts are listed with their photo, their employer and the zones they cover.
