The ARIA actuator, designed specifically for Warren Controls’ electrically actuated industrial control valves, has always delivered exceptional performance with its 12-bit hall-effect feedback, providing controllable linear resolution exceeding 2,000 parts per inch. This feature ensures seamless auto-recalibration to achieve the maximum valve flow coefficient (Max Cv) capacity according to actual demand. Users can choose from three different calibration strokes: 10 millimeters (mm), 15 mm, and 20 mm, allowing precise adjustment to meet specific installation requirements. Additionally, recalibrating the valve to its full stroke is straightforward if additional capacity is needed.
To enhance reliability, the ARIA actuator now features two power supply options: a wide-range 100-240 VAC power supply with surge protection and a replaceable fuse, and a redesigned 24 VAC / 24 VDC power supply. The new 24 VDC / 24 VAC power supply includes a replaceable fuse, additional over-voltage and spike protection, and the capability to survive an accidental misapplication of high voltage to its power terminals, ensuring safe operation with a new fuse. This redesign addresses customer feedback and ensures the lower voltage option is more robust and reliable for demanding applications.
Upon deployment, when the local water heater temperature controller signals 100 percent demand, the valve operates within the designated calibrated stroke value, ensuring superior controllability and optimal performance.
These enhancements reaffirm Warren Controls’ commitment to providing innovative and reliable solutions for fluid handling and control valve applications.
