“Above all, operators today need robust, easy-to-use and digitally networked solutions,” says Moritz Buck, Managing Director of ProMinent Deutschland GmbH.
Hall A3: New Metering System for drinking water and waste water
At the main stand, ProMinent will be presenting the new Metering System DULCODOSĀ® panel. The modular plug-and-play system supports high-precision chemical dosing in water treatment; components such as the mounting plate, pipework and hydraulic and electrical accessories are precisely tuned to each other like a modular system. Thanks to standardisation, the solution remains quickly available despite individual configuration.
The portfolio is supplemented by solutions for the fourth purification stage. These include the DULCOPAC Metering System for controlled dosing of powdered activated carbon, the DULCOZON OZLa ozone system for reducing organic trace substances and systems for phosphate precipitation and dosing external carbon sources. For sludge treatment, ProMinent will be exhibiting the DULCOFLEX DFCa 40 peristaltic pump and the DULCODOS ULFb polymer preparation system.

Hall C1: New sensors and controllers for automated process control
The focus will be on new measuring and control technology and digitalisation solutions. The DULCOMETER diaLog C Controller monitors measured values of relevant water parameters and precisely controls dosing processes. As a single-channel controller, the system processes measurement signals from various ProMinent sensors and contributes to resource-efficient plant management.
Another new feature is the DULCOEYE LT optical Turbidity Sensor, which reliably detects fine turbidity – crucial for stable water quality, for example in drinking water treatment. The plug-and-play installation with automatic factory calibration, integrated self-cleaning and air bubble compensation reduces maintenance costs and ensures stable measurement results. As supplementary information, the DULCOEYE SAC optical sensor detects organic contamination via the spectral absorption coefficient. The sensor can use this measurement data to derive other relevant values such as the chemical oxygen demand (COD).
In conjunction with the diaLog C controller, measurement data is processed directly and doses are adjusted automatically. Systems thus react reliably to changes in water quality and can be operated economically.
