At the convention, OPW Retail Fueling will showcase an impressive range of new products. Highlights include the latest enhancements to its E-Series dispenser sump portfolio, such as the Pre-Plumbed Commercial DSE Dispenser Sump, designed for use with Gasboy Atlas X, Wayne Select, and Wayne Helix 2000 and 4000 dispensers. Also on display will be the new Quick Bolt-On Coupling (QBC), an innovative option for the OPW FlexWorks piping system that features a cutting-edge clamshell interlock design, as well as the Fiberglass DSE Top Adaptor, a new option for bonded sumps.

The Pre-Plumbed Commercial DSE Dispenser Sump
The newest member of the OPW “E-Series” family is a factory-assembled and tested commercial DSE Dispenser Sump with all entry fittings, stabilizer bars, shear valves, riser pipes, and tees or elbows. It utilizes the versatile DSE base made with Advanced Composite Technology to produce consistent wall thickness and smooth, watertight walls. The smooth sides bond effectively to entry fittings to prevent leaks, and the entire system is highly site-configurable to match specific piping layouts for commercial dispenser applications.
The Quick Bolt-On Coupling (QBC)
This innovative fitting creates a fluid-tight seal using an embedded gasket that clamps easily to a flat face, significantly reducing the need for NPT threaded connections. The face-to-face metal seal completely encapsulates the gasket, removing it from exposure to liquid or any external elements. As the only quick-connect style fitting approved by OPW and UL-listed for their piping systems, it is fully compatible with all fuel types, DEF and standard OPW FlexWorks piping.
The Fiberglass DSE Top Adaptor
Building on the success of the popular DSE fiberglass dispenser sump, the system now features a new fiberglass top that can be bonded to the base. This bonded fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) design creates a completely watertight seal with no hardware kits required. Compatible with both Gilbarco Encore and Wayne Ovation dispensers, the DSE can be ordered as a complete unit or as standalone base and top sections.
The 71SO Segmented Overfill Valve
Retaining the breakthrough two-stage positive shut-off mechanism of the original 71SO, this updated valve introduces a drop tube made of four 5-foot-long interlocking sections. This easily assembled, segmented design eliminates the potential for shipping damage, overlength freight fees and frees up space in both distributor warehouse racks and service trucks. The segments attach easily without messy glues or epoxies during on-site installation, allowing immediate installation after assembly without the standard 24-hour wait times of competing models.
