Analytik Jena to Present Three new Product Series at Analytica 2024

Analytik Jena to Present Three new Product Series at Analytica 2024
Analytik Jena will be presenting three new device series for laboratory analysis at this year's analytica in Munich. The innovations include the new multi N/C x300 product series for TOC/TNb analysis in the environmental and pharmaceutical sectors, the pioneering qTOWER iris real-time PCR thermal cycler and an innovative system for automated sample preparation in ICP-MS analysis.

These new developments from Analytik Jena are perfectly aligned with this year’s focus areas  of environmental analysis, clinical diagnostics and drug discovery. The sustainable circular economy, in particular the chemical recycling of plastic waste and analytics along the life cycle of lithium-ion batteries, are also central issues.

TOC/TNb analysis to make everyday laboratory work noticeably easier

Under the claim “TOCnology made for you”, Analytik Jena presents the new multi N/C x300 series of TOC/TNb analyzers, which make everyday laboratory work easier for users thanks to their reliable technology and intuitive software. The device series offers public and industrial laboratories as well as research institutes in the fields of environmental analysis and pharmaceuticals easy-to-use and also highly precise, high-performance instruments for TOC/TNb determination. Analytik Jena offers a device specialized for each field of application from a compact and robust specialist for particle-rich samples to an all-rounder optimized for high throughput for standard environmental analysis, and an ultra-precise device that offers maximum sensitivity for trace TOC analysis.

qTOWER iris – A new era in qPCR thermocycling

The qTOWER iris is Analytik Jena’s latest product innovation in the field of real-time PCR. The thermal cycler brings together all of Analytik Jena’s accumulated qPCR experience in a single device. The uncompromisingly open system offers an extended wavelength range from UV-A to NIR, enables multiplexing for up to six targets simultaneously and gives users the freedom to choose their modules, consumables, reagents and assays. In addition, the new real-time PCR thermal cycler generation is ergonomic and as quiet as a whisper.

First fully automated clinical sample preparation for trace analysis

Analytik Jena presents the first fully automated sample handling solution for the measurement of clinical samples with ICP-MS. The concept is tailored to the typical workflow for measuring human bodily fluids such as plasma, serum and whole blood and powerful automation guarantees efficient laboratory utilization. By eliminating manual preparation steps, clinical laboratories save both time and valuable laboratory space. They also benefit from high-precision analysis results and excellent reproducibility thanks to the optimized, uniform dosing process.

Analytik Jena’s innovations are proof that the company lives up to its motto “You’re focused on results – we’re focused on you” and addresses the current needs and trends in daily laboratory work. Modular service contracts are another new, user-focused development. The packages are customized to users’ specific needs to ensure devices deliver the best-possible performance.

Focus topics 2024

Visitors to Analytik Jena’s stand at analytica (A1, 310) can look forward to the latest innovations as well as current focus topics from the areas of “Sustainable Circular Economy”, “Clinical Diagnostics” and “Drug Discovery / NGS”. This application-oriented approach illustrates the primary goal of this Endress+Hauser subsidiary: to support customers every step of the way from the initial problem to the final solution by providing application-oriented and competent technical expertise. This allows users to concentrate on their daily analysis tasks and results. The experts on site provide both application-specific and device-specific advice, which is always tailored to individual requirements.

The popular “Lunch & Learn” seminars, held in a relaxed atmosphere with drinks and snacks, are back for 2024 with two hot topics. The first seminar is dedicated to intelligent solutions for TOC/TNb analysis in wastewater and surface water monitoring. In the second seminar, visitors will learn all about multiplexing in real-time PCR – advantages, challenges and opportunities. Advance registration is required here.
