At the leading trade fair for water, wastewater, waste and raw materials management, SEEPEX will be presenting, among other products, the world’s first progressive cavity pump with an automatically adjustable stator clamp. The SCT AutoAdjust is indispensable for critical applications that require maximum performance and reliability with absolute operational safety.
The “Smart Air Injection” will also be on show in Munich. The particularly energy-efficient system solution consisting of a progressive cavity pump and pneumatic dense phase conveying demonstrates its advantages especially in times of high energy costs. Sludge plugs are conveyed over distances of up to 1000 meters, just like the good old pneumatic tube system.
Visitors will also learn how the maintenance of large pumps becomes a trivial matter and how you can save up to 80 % maintenance time. The BNM series enables quick maintenance of the rotor, stator and mechanical seal via a movable housing section.
Almost all of the pumps on display can be networked with SEEPEX monitoring systems for real-time monitoring. This enables customers to detect wear at an early stage and avoid process failures.
Best experience with digitalization in classic mechanical engineering
With its continuously optimized portfolio, SEEPEX is once again underpinning its innovative strength and market leadership in the field of intelligent, future-proof technology solutions at IFAT. “The water industry in particular has enormous challenges to overcome. With the use of our internationally award-winning patented solutions, we already have the best experience in this sector,” says Blumenhofer, referring to successful reference projects. SEEPEX began the digital transformation of traditional mechanical engineering at an early stage, setting new technological standards in the process. “In this way, we give customers more time for the essentials, help reduce costs and simplify processes.
