Many gases are also used directly as ingredients in manufacturing or as catalysts within complex chemical processes. At Chell Instruments, we produce instrumentation that ensures accuracy and control throughout. For example, our state-of-the-art CalCube was developed as a calibration system used to verify vacuum instrumentation within many industries, including freeze dryer vacuum instrumentation used in pharmaceutical production.

Shortly before the global pandemic, Jamie traveled to a Swedish pharmaceutical company to help their technical and engineering staff utilize the CalCube to calibrate their operations in real-time. The Scandinavian firm uses the CalCube to maintain the performance of their vacuum instrumentation, avoiding costly downtime and taking just hours instead of the weeks typically involved with removing and sending out instrumentation for calibration.
