An Internal Anniversary Celebration for Employees
The weekend began with an internal anniversary celebration for employees from all over the world and their partners. In a relaxed atmosphere, everyone came together to raise a glass to the company’s long history, numerous achievements and future. Various experience stations, a diverse culinary offering and musical highlights made for a varied evening and provided plenty of opportunities for personal encounters and conversations.
Around 2,000 Visitors at the Open Day
The following day, HERMETIC opened its doors to the public. Around 2,000 visitors took the opportunity to get to know the company up close. During guided tours of the production facilities, they gained insights into HERMETIC’s working environment and experienced how the company’s solutions are created with precision, technical expertise and great passion.
Families and children also enjoyed a varied programme. Hands-on stations, numerous children’s activities and small surprises provided plenty of entertainment. In addition, the career information point offered insights into entry opportunities and career prospects at HERMETIC.
Regional Commitment With INITIATIVE Kinderklinik
Another key focus of the day was regional commitment. Together with INITIATIVE Kinderklinik, participants once again pedalled for a good cause at a cycling station. The kilometres covered will contribute to a donation for the project “New construction of the day clinics for child and adolescent psychiatry in Freiburg”.
