The TECWAT double-eccentric butterfly valve in ductile iron GGG50 with 420 stainless steel dry shaft is robust. It is equipped with a hand wheel-operated mechanical gearbox with an IP67 protection rating. The mechanical gearbox is also equipped with an open-closed position indicator and an ISO5210 baseplate, allowing for an electric actuator to be easily mounted.
This TECOFI range is used in fluid transfer circuits: water networks, pumping stations, dams, production factories, and industrial sites. For this purpose, the valves conform to WRAS and ACS drinking water certifications.
Its backlash-free design, linked to the disc, protects the rotating parts against contact with the fluid (aluminum-bronze lining, o-ring seals). Its seat and bolts in 304 stainless steel give it high corrosion resistance and low surface roughness. The EPDM seat seal stays in place with a tighten cable 304 stainless steel collar, which allows it to be compressed and changed without dismounting the disc. The TECWAT dry shaft valve also ensures excellent bidirectional water tightness and a lengthened lifespan. It has an oven-baked powder epoxy coating, RAL 5015 with a 250μm minimum thickness.
Its production scrupulously follows the characteristics and procedures stated in the standards EN1074-1 and EN1074-2. The TECWAT dry shaft valve has low head loss and increased resistance at high pressures. It guarantees good stability on its support bases and secures mounting thanks to its lifting eyes. Delivered with self-lubricating bearings, it does not need maintenance.

Quick Closing Non-return Check Valve
TECOFI introduces its quick closing non-return check valve, certified ACS for drinking water. A robust and resistant check valve in ductile iron GGG40 with a 302 stainless steel spring that operates in all installation positions. Equipped with a polyurethane obturator, it absorbs shocks due to its elasticity and its quick closure. With an anti-water hammer reservoir, it protects installations from backwash.
Its reduced size, reliable and silent operation along with its excellent water tightness make it the perfect solution for WATER installations. It is recommended for pumping stations and can be used in water distribution, irrigation or supply networks in water treatment plants.
This check valve minimizes water hammer, particularly when pumps stop during transitional periods, due to its excellent dynamic response. Its ergonomic design reduces the number of components; its short face-to-face and lightweight obturator lessen its support constraints. In fact, it reduces the installation’s straight inlet and does not require any maintenance. Its simplified installation and its dynamic response set it apart from other swing or tilting check valve solutions.
